Hello from Alaska, or as some folks refer to our part of the State "bush Alaska".

Greetings from Alaska, I have enjoyed the world of hunting and firearms since I was a small boy. Over the years I have had opportunities to hunt a variety of Alaskan species, including marine mammals. Two years ago I had my first custom utilitarian rifle built, it is chambered in caliber 358 Norma Magnum (my brown bear rifle). I can see myself in time gravitate to reloading my own ammunition. Looking forward to posting some new threads. Thanks

our state taxes the hell out of the oil companies so the people pay no state taxes and we get a check every year, as well as the state having a retirement fund of sorts, that the state has money invested and eventually the interest will be enough to run the state and they wont have to ever tax the people any major amounts

welcome to G&G nukalpiaq

Howdy,
Welcome to the board. I've got a great-nephew in Fairbanks. Always wanted to do some gold prospecting up there, but don't look I'll be able to. Tell us some tall tales from Alaska.
