College Football Preason top 10

In two weeks college football starts. Where has this year gone? Anyway, Brother Bob will make his fearless forecast for the 2007 season. You all know I come from Oklahoma and went to college there, but I'm capable of being open minded and knowing my schools limitations. We have no quarterback! If we did, we would be ranked #1 or #2. With that being said, here's my top ten:
1) USC
2) Texas
3) LSU
4) Michigan
5) West Virginia
6) Oklahoma
7) Wisconsin
8) Virginia Tech
9) Georgia
10) Florida State
