Wasn't the Air Force One that landed in Dallas in 1963 an all jet engine Boeing 707? I am assuming that this was used in the first year or so of his presidency?

The last AF1 he flew on is at the Air Force museum in Dayton, Ohio.

Well considering the increased cost of labor, the fact that they now have jet engines rather than props, the fact that they now have AAM/GAM flares, heightened electronics, satellite capabilities and other technology, I am guessing a h3ll of a lot more.

Oh, and don't forget the pork-belly inflation costs...
