We are all wearing our class As today for 9/11 and we are going to have a big ceremony for the public.

The eagle flies high
Our heads hang low

Though our hearts remain cracked
Our pride shall not be broken

9/11 brought emotions we all share
The situation, nearly impossible to bear

We shall not forget the evil of that day
For we survivors were not cut, yet blood flows from our eyes
As that of a deep, gaping wound

Strong we remain, though
Determined our tears make us

We remember those who lost
We remember those who loved
We remember those who stood up against tyranny

To the victims of 9/11:
“We remain free and shall see you at the end of our day.”

I have a poster of that same picture on the wall of my classroom. Thanks for posting it.

I'm laying in bed watching the attacks as they unfolded back in 2001. MSNBC is doing a replay of what they aired that day and it is absolutely disturbing. I can't even go to bed. I couldn't even watch it back then but I sit here glued to the tv now...

First, you should introduce your self in the Introductions section. Then you should find the correct lobby to ask your questions in. I don't know that you'll get much help asking it here in this thread a bout remembrance of 9-11...
