Product warning and recall notice Winchester 22 long Rifle Rimfire Ammunition

On pg. 110 of the September 2007 American Hunter Magazine.
Super-X High Velocity (Symbol X22LR and Power Point (Symbol X22LRPP) Lot #s containing letters XN, YA, YB and YC Winchester has determined the above lots of SUPER-X HIGH VELOCITY (X22LR) and POWER POINT (X22LRPP) may contain double powder charges!
DO NOT USE. The ammunition Lot # is imprinted (stamped without ink) on the outside of the right tuck flap of the 50 round box.
Return the ammunition via United Parcel Service (UPS) Securely packed in a corrugated cardbord box write "CARTRIDGES, SMALL ARMS ORM-D on the outside and ship to:

Wow it has taken that long for this to get out!?!?! I saw this when I was on vacation in Gattlinburg, TN last April. I had to stop in at the Bass Pro Shop and they had a big sign about this right as you walked into the store.
