The reason I'm so happy about these coming out is they're one solid projectile. If you're rolling up reduced loads and the core separates from the jacket, you'll get a "hit" on the berm/backstop, but may have jacket stuck in the barrel. This is obviously bad. With a solid projectile, you either have a hit at the end of the range or a projectile in the barrel; no middle ground.
This and the lower friction are why they suggest lead bullets for "cat-sneeze" Sub-sonic rounds, which is what I want to be able to work my way up to for the AES-10 that I plan on purchasing.
