Sight suggestions for SA GI front

I'm picking up a new SA G.I. parkerized Gov't model and I've read the SA front sight tennon is ""medium" width.
What sights are available for replacement of the tiny G.I. sights?

GI Sights

18 yr olds have great eyesight. Now for the rest of us. For direct replacement, I used a Milspec back sight, and a fiber optic stake in for the front, and it was easier to acquire. Nicer sights will require milling.

I forego the use of sights altogether, and use a set of Crimson Trace Laser Grips.

You may want to check out Midwayusa.com. They have lots of options.
