Cardio improvement in just a week...

Last Monday I started swimming to help drop lbs. Well, the first day I was only able to swim for about 5 minutes before I had to take a break. Today is the 5th day I've swam since I joined. Believe it or not, I was able to swim non stop for 20 minutes today. Wasn't a hard swim, but a nice steady pace. I still can't believe I've improved that much in just a week.

sounds great as a 3 heart attack person i find excersizing real interesting but now i can walk alot farther than 2 years ago

Cardio therapy

Water therapy is very beneficial for the body. Every chance I get, I do Qui Gong and Tai Chi in the pool. Herbs, vitamins, and the right foods will do wonders that drugs can't. Potassium, garlic, Hawthorn berry, Cayenne pepper, Co Q 10, and EDTA is very good for this. I just found a product called Cardio Plus by Standard Process Inc. which helps rebuild the heart. Guard the heart.

ok deersniper has found his innerself i run cross country so it dont matter to me about water, its fun but i dont like to exercise in it

I'm actually thinking of taking/starting shoot fighting over the winter. Once I drop a few more lbs and get my cardio were it should be.

I've got a new favorite now, Burn Notice. Best show on TV... EVER!!! To bad I've got to wait till next summer for the next season though. Airsoft or paintball? No no no.. I'm talking shoot fighting, mix between Muay Thai and wrestling.
