A way of looking at the two political parties when it comes to gun control

Quoted off the internet

Quote:
Imagine you hire two security guards, one for the day shift, the other for the night shift. The first day, the day shift guy ties you up to a chair, robs your house and then beats you when you complain. Dusk comes along and when your night shift guard shows up, he leaves you tied up in the chair, robs what is left in your house and then he beats you some more when you complain. Would any rational person say "Wow! I really support the night shift guard! He didn't tie me up!"

The Democrats tie you up with unConstitutional gun control laws, take you money with fees and fines, and if you refuse to submit they catch you and throw you in jail. The Republicans don't pass (many) gun control laws, but they leave in place and strictly enforce the illegal, unConstitutional Democrat laws, then THEY take your money in fees and fines, and if you refuse to submit they throw you in jail.
Finally; a common sense way to express what I've been thinking all along.

I don't believe that any party has all the best people so I will never vote a straight party ticket. I will however vote against those who make no effort to support our Second Amendment. Good post.
