Tasco 4 X 32 1" Scope on a Winchester .22

I've never used a scope because I am right-handed with a dominant left eye.

Makes it a little awkward to reach your head across the stock.

I've had this Tasco 4 X 32 scope for over 20 years and thought I might try it on my Winchester 490 autoloader .22.

Printing on the scope is
Water Proof
#667W
JAPAN-A-71
Fully Coated
OMNI-VIEW
Opti Centered

It has a TV tube type picture.

Does anyone know if this is OK for use at 50-100 yds? I can see great through it at short and longer ranges but have no idea if the parallax error thing is there.

True enough.

I have to pick up some 1" scope rings to fit a grooved .22 receiver.

Hey, Shrub & Billy.

Mounted the Tasco scope on the Winchester 490 last week but this is the first chance I've had to take a picture.

Still looking for a new place to shoot. The last one now has some houses sitting on it.

it is actually a nice scope.
i gave it to a good buddy so he could take up shooting along with a 10-22.
