Typical Left-wing CNN reporting, they haven't a friggin clue. I am going to personally send them an e-mail speaking my mind. They seem to forget that our fathers and grandfathers DIED so that our freedoms could be upheld, and the right to own firearms is one of those freedoms. Makes my blood boil

While I pray we are never in a position to have to do it, I would stand beside you men and insure the constitution was held up to be the law it was meant.

Do I really have to take the easy shot?

Fox News. NY Daily News, CBS's The Early Show (among others), The Drudge Report, New York Post, Newsmax.com, The Washington Times. I can go on.

Bada-Bing.

I never said there wasn't liberal bias in some networks and papers. There surely is. But don't be so blind you don't see the right doing the same thing. Just because some libs do it, doesn't make doing it back at them an ethical or honourable action.

Fox News? Really? You watch that stuff? Bad example. Sorry, but they have their own tall tales to spin, too. The others as well. Guess we all have our BS to tell to get our way, eh? Or maybe I'm just not conservative enough.

Well I am all for the LEO's to carry, or at least have availible to them, a firearm that offers greater firepower to combate them criminal element that is using an, ILLIGALLY OBTAINED, highpower firearm against them. They certainlly appear to be well trained to use them. Now, lets see, I can shoot my mossberg from the hip as well as my M44, my 91/30, my K-31, my M1 Garand, my vz52, my Hakim, my K98, my AR, and all my handguns, HOLY COW!!! I never realized how many AK's I own..Sweet...

Angry It may be intereting to note....

Anyways, if our government were to ever outlaw firearms, or specific firearms, and if I owned one, I would not turn it in. I along with most every person on the forum would immediately become domestic/homegrown terrorists. This country would probably be in some sort of civil war. I would then turn whatever I'm living in into my own little fort. If it came to this, sadly AH, I wouldn't give your son the chance to get out of the car. You know what I mean, so don't take it personally. Because if this happened, as I said, I would be a domestic terrorist, and anyone who was for this law and supported it, would in my eyes, be a traitor to this country and our Constitution. I on the other hand would kill to protect my rights. It's not murder, because if it was, our troops in Iraq right now would be nothing more then murders. So, if you want to call them murders, then I'll go along to. My family has been here since the beginning of this country, and I do mean the beginning. I've traced my roots back to an original passenger on the Mayflower. We've fought in EVERY war this country has taken part in, including on our soil. I had a family member on the Lewis and Clark expedition, and with Daniel Boone. I know what our rights mean, and I would die to protect them, as many in my family has done over the years. And remember AH, right and wrong is nothing more then a point of view.
All LEO folks swear to an oath to defend our constitution. If they choose to ignore that fact because some liberal has caused the laws to change, well, I guess they must accept what the result can be. They know, just as the LEO people in Nawlin's knew what they were doing was wrong. Maybe, if a few caps had been popped into their butts, they would have forgotten the anti-American actions they were engaged in and gone after the scum they should have been seeking to begin with. But, I guess law abiding folks don't argue or fight back. Our freedoms are ours because of the sacrifices of many good men and women. If we give them up without a fight, we didn't deserve then in the first place. Pred, you are absolutely correct.
