I'm not sure about the Windicator, you may have to use one of the universal-type holsters like an Uncle Mike's. I haven't looked for your specific gun, but try these guys:
CCWSUPPLY.BIZ - Products and Info For Those Who Carry Concealed
I believe that CDNN used to carry the Windicator's so they may have a holster as well.

I am not sure if you found something you like, but I just purchased a 2 "pugsley" and it fit perfectly in a custom holster I made for my wifes Taurus 38. I would be happy to discuss a custom holster to your specs.

If you can't find what you want in a holster, let me know and I'll build you one. I had my own saddleshop for twenty three years. I'm somewhat retired but can still do the work. tinplate

I have one in .357 snub nose. I just shot it for the first time yesterday. Shot great, fun and not as bad of a kick as I expected for a .357 Magnum in Snub nose. I bought it last week for $200 from a friend. Had never been shot. I'm very happy. It now lives in my glove box.

I ended up going Uncle Mike's myself. Not a perfect fit but it works. For $10 I'm happy.
