My early Birthday gift

Here it is my early bday gift a swiss k31, It has the absolute BEST trigger on any of my guns. The store that mom and I went too had three so I picked out the best one of the three this one had the best muzzle crown, bore, and overall condition of the other two. (all of them had matching serial numbers.)

I also got 80 rounds of 8x56r for my steyr m95.

Now all I have to do is wait till December 1 (my bday is on the 3rd) then the family will start shoveling out gifts to me. ohhh I cant wait!!!

Yep, the Swiss are serious about shooting, and the K31 bears this out. That trigger is real "Swiss Precision".
I could wish for a bit more precision in the sights - but it has still shot 1 inch groups at 100 yards! These are the most inately ACCURATE surplus rifles I've ever shot!
The GP11 ammo is nearly match-grade too - great stuff!

Very nice piece. I'll bet that stock will refinish beautifully if you go that route.

Saw these guns for the sale YEARS ago. I believe it was back in the late '60's? Could have had my pick for about 40 bucks apiece...

Sorry, forgot to add, nice buy!

Nice rifle. I have one myself. I wish I would have gotten one a few years ago for 80 instead of the 200 I paid.

Let us know how it shoots.

Nice rifle & happy birthday.

I'd track down the scoundrel who jabbed the screw driver through it and give him a good butt whoopin
