how much did the HK-91 run? I have always liked its lines and curves, haha. If you ever need to get rid of some stuff, haha

How is the USP treating you?

Nice family pic's, Pred. How about a few details on that Enfield? My nephew has a couple and I've thought about getting one, but I'd have to put it in with a bunch of Mosins who barely speak English, and then I'd wind up having to get him some company, and the next thing you know I'd be in the market for another safe.

Speaking of which, I just picked up a Sentinel 10-gun, steel cabinet from WallyWorld to install in my motor home. I figure that with it through-bolted to the wall, and to the frame under the floor, that should be enough to stop the average punk kid who breaks in looking for what he can run off with. I also have a keyed, padded box for my Tokarev that will bolt on top of it with wingnuts to the inside, so I can take it out and bolt it into my Jeep for desert runs.

The G3(HK91 clone) runs great. Even with Wolf I could get 1" groups. With the surplus South African stuff I can hit 8" gongs at 300 yards all day long. The USP is great. I've put about 500 rounds through it without one problem, every accurate also. Troy, as for the Enfield, I've never fired it. It's a .308 Indian(I think) version. My dad bought it for me like 7 years ago for about $60. And yes, tragically all my firearms were lost in a boating accident

Question

Pred...would you tell more details about the boating accident? Also, wasn't it unusual to have all your guns on board the craft?

That's a tragic loss, for sure!

Heheh... umm, yeah. I went out, on a boat, somehow all my guns were there, and it sank. So now, I have no guns

Wouldn't be unusual if you lived on a houseboat.

HAHA... true. If I'm lucky, Santa may bring me a CZ-82, Yugo SKS, 2 stripped AR lowers, and last night my brother in law was talking about maybe wanting to sell a complete Double Star AR lower he has. I may end up getting more then that also. My wife and mother in law had asked me what I wanted for Christmas, so I basically just printed out a bunch of guns that were $250 or less.

So this was just a ploy to get more guns? Now I understand.
You gonna dive for the old ones later?

Wink

The Ohio River might be a little tough diving into to retrieve all those toys. But then, that could be the beginning of a great mystry dive.
