Ah yes...Mad Dog 20/20. Those were the days. Anyone remember Thunderbird wine? What's the word? Thunderbird! What's the price? Twenty twice! What's the reason? GRAPES are in season!!! Hmmm...well, I guess it was funnier after you'd been sucking on a bottle of it for a while. edit: oops, I just saw Coeloptera's post...I guess he remembers it.

I think my favourite on that original list was "World Championship Riesling". Oh and Tommy, consider this stolen and forwarded to some of my friends. - Coeloptera | |

[quote=troy2000;374103]Ah yes...Mad Dog 20/20. Anyone remember Thunderbird wine? What's the word? Thunderbird! What's the price? Twenty twice! What's the reason? GRAPES are in season!!! quote] Funny - the way I learned it was: "What's the word? Thunderbird! What's the price? Dollar twice!" And overpriced at that. I only had that weasel piss once in my life. The only people who can drink it and like it must have had their taste buds shot off in the war! But then again, I've had Iron City Beer. It's the only beer in the world with the head on the bottom - and no, I'm not kidding. It's made with Monogahela River water taken from the river near Pittsburgh, and so help me, when you pour it the head ends up on the bottom of the glass and just kind of sits there for half a minute or so before s-l-o-o-o-w-w-l-y rising back to the top. But this list of Wal-0Mart Wines is so funny, I'm going to forward it to the local drivetime radio crew. They can have some fun with that! Last edited by Cyrano; 12-07-2007 at 10:49 PM. |

'Walmart' is a dirty four letter word in our household. At least now I know how they get all their 'Happy' employees to stand and do the company cheer before they go to work. It's not mass hypnosis or brain washing....IT'S BOONSFARM!!
