Young emotions and guns, not a good combo. Whatever happened to and old fashion fist fight? They didn't even consider there was a young lady and innocent people in their presence.Hope they catch the jerks and put them in boot camp. Hard work and being taught responsibility is better than a pill.

A few years ago there was a kid about 13 yrs old flashing the gun he had stuffed in the waistband of his pants at some other kids doing some bicycle jumps, across from my place. By the time a Sheriff's deputy got there he'd ditched it in a stand of trees across the road, and I don't think the Deputy even talked to his parents.

But it made me wonder: what on Earth does the average 13 year old have going on in his life that's worth killing or dying for? Nothing I can think of, but you probably couldn't convince the young idiot of that. I haven't seen him around since he got older; I'd say there's a good chance he's already doing time somewhere.

I'm in Vegas. Honestly, this one strikes me as a targeted shooting and not random. NE Vegas is a hole. On the upside, Metro is usually pretty good about this stuff. Likely they'll have someone in custody in a few weeks at most.

But two suspects, six wounded, none dead? Can't anyone shoot straight anymore?

Here is another one that happened yesterday about a mile and a half from me and a half mile from my in-laws. Sad. You do have to put in a birthyear and mark your gender to get to the site.
