Some cheap 5" long blade knife I had laying around, small first aid kit, 3 cell Mag light, matches, lighter, CD face plate, gum, business cards, etc... I am amazed how big the center console is on my Jeep Cherokee.

More than my wife thinks needs to be in there... Hopefully I've loaded it with everything that's needed, that can fit in that small space, to help handle situations as they arise...kinda like what AH has in his, plus a few extras.

Musicmaniac...I too have that same experience when I dig down deeper into what's there. I even found a couple of back up Coleman lantern mantles and hand warmers.

HAHA!!! That is awesome. I found Coleman mantles in mine too! Along with some Joe Sattriani cds I had been looking for, a small Gerber pocket knife i thought was gone forever, and a roll of toilet paper along with plenty of other good stuff! Gotta love it!

The tool that keeps the bogieman away. S&W mod. 69 compact and extra mag. I guess if I can't protect it with 28 rounds, I deserve to lose it. I recently got rid of the other stuff, it got in the way of the important stuff.

I have a 2004 Ford Ranger that I like because it fits in the garage, gets pretty good mileage, has great power and ride on the highway and I can carry "Stuff" like gas cans and chlorene bottles without getting fumes in the cab.

Before that I had a 97 Chevy S-10 extended cab and before that a '93 GMC Sonoma.

My wife has a Mazda CX-7 but on the weekends we use the Ranger.

In my console are CD's by Willie, Ray and Marty. Country guys know the last names.

Also have a Survival/hunting knife and a pocket knife with lotsa blades and gadgets.

They won't let us carry firearms in vehicles in WI so I only have a cheap US-GI knockoff knife, a brand new package of Magnus Buzz-Kut broadheads, more napkins than I can count, a handful of bandaids and lots of candy that I didn't know my baby boy had put in there. If I were allowed to carry a firearm in the truck, I'd have one of my 1911 knockoffs with a few extra mags loaded with some 230gr hydrashoks.

Partial roll of TP, winter driving gloves, small first aid kit, miniMag flashlight, hemostats, random change, a few wayward CDs, and sometimes some fast food napkins. I have all sorts of random crap stored elsewhere though...in the pockets on the back of the seats there's air freshener, window wipes, Armor-All wipes, Kleenex, a few maps, and the backseat and cargo area are littered with random ammo.

I have a few things in my console, first is a roll of taco rag or dunny paper.Never leave home without at least half a roll. There is a bit of loose change. Some fuel receipts and a couple of my finnish knives.Wallet and smokes, spare pair of sunnies.Race/duct tape.A heap of used brass.I had 22lr shells all through my trucks floor not long ago and rolled into the servo to fill up with juice. As i got out more than a dozen shells flicked out and hit the ground, you should have seen the shocked looks on peoples faces,as if i was a mass murderer. But once you tell them to GAGF they mind their own bussiness.
