Little Johnny was walking home one day from school when he witnessed a dog get hit by a speeding truck. Excited to tell someone about what he saw, Little Johnny ran home to tell his home. Bursting through the door he yells "Mom, Mom, guess what I just saw!!!!"
"What Johnny?" replied his mom.
"I just saw a dog get hit by truck right in the butthole!!!"
"Johnny, it's not 'butthole', it's rectum."
Johnny looked at his mom with a dead serious look, and said, "Rectum? Hell, it damn near killed him"
