| GETTING MAD!!!!!!
Ok, totally off topic here, but heres the scenario, my wife has been working for frontier airlines fo 4 years, when we had our son she went on that family leave medical act, she was out for 3 months. We only recieved 350.00 dollars from them. Than she gets back to work, works her two weeks, and does not get a check! They tell her it was to pay for her insurance. Than two weeks later ( that would be today ) she goes to get her check and they cannot find it! So now they claim they are lookind and that they cannot find anybodys! This is so ridiculous! We are probably going to bounce checks now, is there a timeframe that they have to cut her a new check by? If anyone knows that would be greatly appreciated! |

It could be an honest mistake with the current check problem, but sorry to hear about your past issues... Dont know about these things much myself or i'd help you. But congrats on your son being born!

Did she use the leave act after they denied her leave? Hopefully this is just a glich and not pay back on their part. If it turns out to be payback a discussion with an attourney might be in order. I really wish you guys good luck.

well, does what she normally make in 2 wks equal what would have been taken out for her insurance over the course of 3 months. they could have taken it out over several checks, but they do have the right to get what she owed for the last 3 months of insurance. now the last check, if they caant find it in a day or 2, common courtesy/business etiquette dictates that they cut a new check to replace the one they misplaced.

eddie you can take a major credit card and use it at an ATM machine to withdrawl enough money to put in your checking account. It will be a credit and if not paid in full you'll get hammered with a higher interest rate than the normal rate. You'll need to have a Pin number if you do it and pay it back as soon as the check situation gets resolved where you want be charged a higher interest rate. Cover those hot checks !!!...A.H
