Interesting thread

There is a complete gunsmith shop for sale here locally - tools, machinery, books, parts etc - for what seems like a decent price. I have certainly given it some thought, probably need to go look at it. If the current (retiring owner) is going to stick around he might be willing to do some training as part of the deal.

The biggest missing number here is the earning potential. The guy that started this thread also asked that, but I don't think he ggot an answer. In my case, I am in the DFW area, so plenty of local potential for business.

Well Lefty, I did a nice job filing,tailoring and polishing the extractor, but like you said,it did break off right at the weld. Anyway, I did find one at the Bakersfield gunshow, and that little raskel cost me a hundred bucks.
