| Senior Member  | We haven't heard a thing here in Ok. country. If the DA declined to press charges, the media declined to pursue it further, as it would depict gunowners in a positive way. It always happens, they slobber at the bit, wanting to prosecute one of us in the papers and on TV. But when the decision is made that it was a legal act, forget it, the crazies won again!

| Senior Member | The question would be if he shot them in the NEIGHBORS yard or his? If I heard it right one was down in the "front yard" and one ran off. If he shot them in the neighbors yard, then he MAY be prosecuted..... BUT, I heard him say that they came into the front yard with him. So they may have came at him. That would save is baccon for sure. |

| Senior Member | IDK about the LEO's being idiots or the dispatcher, but NO cop can be there instantly unless they are very close to the neighborhood. What the dispatcher did was procedure as was the cops. That's why citizens should be armed. Even the best can't be everywhere. |
