FN pbr rifle?

I handled an FN pbr rifle today, and I realy liked the way it felt. It was used and had a sticker price of 900, very good condition. Its one rifle in the long line of rifles that I have looked at in the past week and it made it on to my list as a potential canadit for my collection. Does anybody have any personal exspeirience with this rifle?

Wikipedia said its action was based of of the winchester model 70. It also said it was glass bedded. What does glass bedded mean?

its not based off of a model 70, it is a model 70. glss bedded means the reciever was mated to the stock with epoxy.
