Need some Ammo Info

Hello all!

I just returned from a local gun show, where I purchased some surplus 7.62x54R. It was marked as "Bulgarian" and that was about it. Any ammo experts available to answer my questions?

Is it steel core?
brass cases? reloadable?
corrosive?

Headstamp says "10" and "54", is that what you're looking for?

was it a "pro" gun show? and are you in ohio? or is this just the time for gunshows?
ps. i have some of what i think is that same ammo by the look of the tin, yellow tip and paper wrapping, and guy that sold it to me said it was carrosive, however im NO expert so dont take my word on it since im only going on a picture and second hand knowlage (random vender).

and head stamp is same.

That is Bulgarian Brass Case and should be lead Core Light Ball ammo, if the bullets are Not yellow tipped made in 1954.If Yellow tipped it is Heavy Ball.Corrosive and Non-Reloadable !!!

It was a gun show in central california. First gun show I have ever been to, but I certainly did enjoy walking around and drooling over the Garands and such.
