NO. The AA-12 fires from open bolt, which the BATF has ruled to be too easy to convert to full auto. Plus it's really only practical in full auto anyway.

A Saiga-12 is much better suited for semi-auto only use, and is much more versatile. You can configure it for "sporting" or tactical uses with a wide range of accessories.
