I don't like Obama because of his beliefs on immigration, tax cuts, health care, and gun control.
Now people are upset because he's seen wearing a turban while visiting the homeland of his ancestors? SERIOUSLY? It kind of makes me sick when people get so uptight over a single religion.
Guess what guys, 1 in 5 people in this world are Islam, and the rate that people are joining that religion is growing at an alarming rate. Extremists give Islam a bad name, hell, they give any other religion or race a bad name.
This is why I stay as far from religion as I possibly can. Who gives a damn what someone believes in. If we could throw out all religion on this planet, it would be such a better place.
FYI, I don't support Obama, but could really give two $h!t$ about what kind of head wear he's sporting.
So Obama played dress-up in Africa, just like all the other senators who go to foreign pictures and get their picture taken in the local costume. Tell me: exactly WHAT does it say about Obama?
Frankly, it tells me more about the willingness of people to slime a candidate by any means possible, than it does about Obama. And I'm flat disgusted at the number of conservatives out there who are willing to do Hillary's dirty work for her. Her staff releases a picture of her opponent in yet another attempt to smear him as a Muslim, and every right-winger on the internet makes damn sure it gets seen. Have some of you folks no shame or ethical standards at all? I refuse to believe you're so dumb you don't know you're being used, so you must not care.

First of all, I am not against anyone's religion, but it would seem that there are a lot of Muslims in the world that want us dead.. Second, anyone that has a brain knows Barack is nothing more than a Kennedy impersonating salesmen, promising the world, which he cannot deliver.. Great speaker though.. A politician will say anything and everything to get elected. What that person does after the election is ALWAYS different.
Frankly, I believe there should be checks & balances to ensure that what was told to the people, is done FOR the people. That these politicians actually SUPPORT the Constitution instead of constantly trying to change and remove amendments, period. Last I checked... we in the military took an oath to protect the Constitution, and so do politicians. Why is it that the military holds up their part of the oath and the politicians do not?
We don't need Barack to tell us that our troops will come home.. They should be home ASAP, and who ever becomes the new President will make that happen, as we cannot afford to keep this war going.... Whatever is going to shake out there is going to happen whether we stay there 6 months or 6 years. It was a huge mistake.

And McCain has been in Washington for years and if he beleived in what he's saying now he should of adamontly persued it in Congress.
I support Mike Huckabee to the end.
He will honor our Constitution and our Bill of Rghts all the other canidates are questionable.

Mike Huckabee was just joking around like everyone does on SNL. When the NFL football player Peyton Manning, was on SNL and knocking children down by throwing footballs at them did anyone in their right mind think he was really trying to hurt children?!?!?
Mike Huckabee would do a better job as president than Obama or Hillary. I would have to agree with A.H. on this one. And I agree with Ted Nugent and his veiw on Obama and Hillary.
This election will end up being just like most all of the others, and we will have to choose the lesser of the two evils.

That's a pretty bold statement. I love my guns, but this country has serious issues right now, issues that cannot be solved by supporting the 2nd Amendment alone.
I'm very torn right now as to who I'm voting for. The only way that McCain is going to get my vote for sure is if Hillary is nominated (her national health care scares the crap out of me).
I can definitely see myself voting for Barack. I like his ideas of foreign policy. Both him and McCain have a POS immigration policy, but McCain wants to stay in Iraq as long as it takes. No thanks!
I assure all of you that Obama received a lot of votes in order to knock Hillary out of the nomination.
And many of the ones that voted for Obama will vote for someone else.
A friend in Tyler TX said he was voteing for Obama but never would when it's election time so expect more of the same.

A.H. if Huckabee gets the nomination I will definitely vote for him. However, it looks like a long shot right now. If he doesn't get the nomination then its back to voting for the lesser of the evils again.

I loved him as Govenor and he did right and compared to the sleize he's running against anyone in there right mind would vote for Huckabee.
