Rounds I shot.

Here's a quick vid I made about the rounds that I shot today.

The box said that the shell was made of Zinc. >.> Maybe it meant Zinc Coated. I dunno.

They worked fine, other than the paint from the primers getting on the bolt. =/

Here's the vid.

That's not paint on the primers, it's a sealer to keep the primer dry. It's also at the base of the bullet there, see it, it's red.

BTW, the zinc label refers to the case coating. The actual casing is steel, but it has a zinc coating, hence the "almost shiny" silver finish. It's not bad ammo for the price. For accuracy testing, I'd recommend Sellier and Belloit (aka: Winchester) 174 gr. Match, or Wolf Gold (aka: Prvi Partisan).

Yeah I kinda thought it'd be something like that.

I've shot some Sellier and Belloit. ^_^ I'll take your advice. Thanks for the feedback.

OK Ferro old buddy. If you are going to go to all the trouble to make a video and tease us with the possibility of a range report and not tell us how the stuff shot then I have one thing to say....

HOW DID IT SHOOT?? And What did you shoot it through? You know, the important stuff!

Nice little video. Ya, primer sealer no big deal. Comes off easily enough. Keep posting videos. That was pretty cool

Get some biodegradable clay targets. They are a blast to shoot at! Just make sure you are far enough away so to not get hit with the schrapnel!

Milk jugs filled with water. Make sure you pick up the jugs afterwards!

Oh yeah! Milk jugs, 2 liter bottles, heck I like shoting at 20oz bottles full of water, put them way down range and you'll have all kinds of fun! I like 2 liter bottles the best because they seem to explode better, heh heh

You can make them on photobucket in like 10 minutes.

^_^ I just discovered that last night. Hehe.

To everyone else, thank you for your wonderful suggestions.

To Billy, I was shooting my 91/30. The ammo wasn't dirty. >_> And I think about 30 Meters. I'ma go farther back next time.

Hey- The video would be extra cool if you added a dissolve to a shot of you touching one off, viewed from behind!

lol Poor Billy, just not enough info to enjoy it was there. lol C'mon Ferro, fill in the gaps. And to be honest, I thought the video would contain some shooting in it. To be even more honest, I closed it before the end, I got bored with it. lol
