| Good news for Army Brats Plan would help military kids at school - Yahoo! News Well, all military kids, actually. Legislation is a few dozen states is in the pipe to ease the transition of military kids from school to school. I think that's nice. Isn't nice to see some unabashedly good news? My wife is/was an Army brat. It is very tough indeed going from state to stat, or country to country. Nothing really is standardized, so she could be ahead in one school, and behind somewhere's else  .
