Someone on a bicycle placed a bomb at a military recruting center in New York, and it was probably terrorism. Why isn't more people talking about this?!?!? We are at war and the bombs are going off here in the U.S. now and not just in the middle east anymore, it's happening right here. Watch the 2nd and 3rd video.
An anti-war leftist is who did it. Obviously to do it at 3:30 or so in the morning was to not kill, but to send a message. Whose to say the next one (we all know it will happen) will not be during business hours?
The media and liberals are calling this an act of vandalism. Last I checked... using a bomb is terrorism. Timothy McVeigh and Ted Kaczynski were terrorists, not vandals.
That's very true Windwalker, a sad fact, but very true. But when I said terrorism I ment foreign terrorism. But you might be right Larry, some leftist anti-war nut could have done it and it would have been domestic terrorism, which is still a very bad crime regardless of who it is, much worse than the liberal media is telling us. Whoever did it, it was still terrorism, regardless of what kind of spin the liberal media wants to put on it. I just hope the F.B.I. and the N.Y.P.D. does a good job and finds out who did it, fast. Is there a death penalty in New York?
I'm not sure about this but wouldn't the culprit be judged in a Federal court since the crime he committed was on a Federal building or isn't a recruiting office considered a Federal building?
It would be a federal crime perpetrated upon a federally held facility, aditionally they used an explosive device which falls under the purview of BATF.

Of course it is being labeled as "vandalism" in the mainstream media so as not to frighten anyone back into the reality we reside in.
However comma ... ezearln has a great point, it is ATF jurisdiction anyway since it was an explosive device. Somehow, someway, the liberals will get this to stay as a NYPD vandalism case... just watch.
So ... which way will this investigation tilt? Who has the most to gain from it... therein lies the answer. The liberals want us all to believe we can all be friends, we all live in peace and should smoke pot all day while drifting off into academia dreams of being smarter than everyone else.
Reality... we live in a dangerous world and are not liked for various reasons. The same can be said for most countries. We all cannot be friends, we do not live in peace and pot is still illegal. Deal with it.
The BATF should have been abolished after Ruby Ridge and Waco and all their records turned over to the FBI. Most of their displaced personnel could probably find positions with Blackwater for they seem to have the same mindset.
