I just received my new Clercke match grade heavy barrel and a Houge overmolded stock for my OLD 10-22 from J & G for 135.00. My old gun shoots better than ever now. I really like the stock with the Houge rubber texture, the 20" heavy barrel added alittle weight to the gun but it was well worth it. Its amazine, after shooting many thounds of rounds thru this gun, it just keeps on shooting. I also spent the money on a 25 round steel lips mag. It is alot better tham my old butler creek 50 round mags.
I put a similar Green Mountain 20" barrel on my 10/22 and put it in a Hogue stock. It is super accurate. It is a lot of fun to shoot clay pigeons and shotgun shells set out on the range from 50 to 100 yds.
Here are some pics of my 10-22 with the new Hogue overmolded rubber stock and Clercke match grade heavy barrell and also mi Mini 30 with my home made shell deflector. The brass was hitting the adjustment knob of the Bushnell scope on it.
