You have my deepest condolences pball, it IS hard losing a beloved family pet, I had to have my dog of 14 years put down last year, and it was a very hard thing to do.

I lost Grady a year ago last November. I had him since he was about 8 weeks and he spent every nearly night for 16 years, even his last night, in the bed next to me. Even now, I type this with tears in my eyes. I had him creamated so we can do the long sleep together. I know I'll wake up in a better place with him next to me and Sammy with a ball in his mouth, doing "spinner tail" and snorting away standing over me. I feel your pain. |

Thanks everyone. I'm not really one to reach out, and the other day I just had express my feelings. It's nice to know that you guys are there with a kind word. Again thank you.

Very sorry for your loss.I have no human children, so my two dogs are my kids. I can't imagine life without either one. I made them both promise to out live me.
