Thumbs up PA-63 Grips - Special !

Well I finally got the first couple of PA-63 grip sets made out of some really cool wood called African Blackwood.

It's dense enough that it sinks in water! It turns black as it ages and is exposured to sunlight (UV). Part 'o the hang up was finding a source of carbide cutting bit's for the machine I use. It seems this wood is really hard on tool steel....

There are a few folks who had expressed interest in this project on the prior incarnation of this board....I seem to have lost a few email addresses (or they've changed)...If you are one of those folks and haven't received an email from me, would you please get back in contact? Thanks!
