Nope, not eating. Cooking! I am eating now. Problem is I cooked enough for everyone but not enough for me! So, I am eating cheetos and getting crumbs in my keyboard. LOL!

As Tex will verify, I use a very small amount of white lithium grease on the bolt camming surface,AFTER I polish it very smooth, and it seems to let the bolt work very smoothly after firing when all else is correct( like a clean chamber and chamber face) !!!

I'm just glad to hear this is a common problem and easily cured. Mine is a beast to get open after firing too, now I know why. Thought there was something wrong with me....

I have a batch of 7.62 x 54R that is total crap. The cases have a noticeable defect in the metal. When I shot a couple of rounds the cases seperated. So it does happen.

Let get this right now. You mix oyster juice and lithium greese and put it on your bolt with your fingers. And use it on your keyboard as well.

I will attest! My m39 bolt was sticky and the firing pin was not able to get in spec. Moose worked on it and lubed it up as described. The difference was like night and day. Went from stiff and sticky to smooth as silk!
