Yes. You still have to fill out the registration/background check paperwork. In most states you can take it with you. If I understand correctly, in CA you have to wait 10 days unless you have an 01 or 03-FFL AND the idiotic COE (another way to generate taxes).

I love my home state, but despise the morons in the legislature, and the matching constituants that keep them in office.

I remember a little about 15. It is the years between 19 and 21 that I don't remember much. All I remember was that I did graduate. My liver was never the same.

I spent my 15th birthday in the Los Prietos Boys Camp. Something about hitting a Sherrif with a golf club!
