Hello there, I'm new to the site. My grandfather Charles R. White served on the USS San Jacinto during WWII. My family knows very little about his service except he was a proud sailor. If any of you have photos we would love to see them. I'm looking for one of the entire crew for a scrapbook for my family. If I can get copies of what I've already done, I will post them. Sail on!
