I got a question for all of you. I have a Mec reloader sitting in my basement collecting dust. I read that you can save a decent amount of money if you reload Hevi-Shot for 12 gauges. So, I thought if I can save a few dollars a box, I might as well go for it, as I already have a lot of 3 inch hulls and primers.

Other than that, I think you might need a special wad, due to the fact Hevi-Shot is so hard, but I am not sure.
