Help with disassembly/assembly of CZ 75B .40 cal

I just purchased a CZ 75B .40SW and I am having some trouble with disassembly and assembly. The recoil guide rod is difficult to get off as it does not give much to get it way from the metal piece on the barrell that it rests agaist when assembled. It is even more difficult to get it back on. It is very hard to get the guide rod to go through the hole on the front of the slide when the barrel is in place because it is at an angle when trying to insert it back in because of the barrel being in the way. I hope this isn't too confusing as I am new to guns and am not sure of all the terminology Am I doing something wrong?? Or is the gun just made to a very find tolerance and it takes a little work to get it back together. Thanks for the help!

Welcome to G&G!!!!

As for the CZ75 dis-assembly, I don't usually have a problem getting the guide rod out. Just push it forward a little bit then pull up and assembly is the reverse. Make sure the barrel is all the way back and seated in the lugs so you can have the most room avalable.
