Sounds like you found a good one. Wish I could find one with great prices around the Oklahoma City area.

Greasegun, do they do internet orders or strictly local sales? If yes on the internet sales, would you mind posting the name and number of the business? I'm in Illinois, might be worth taking a weekend road trip if they only sell locally. So if you would, Thank you in advance. If you'd rather not, it's cool to.

Hey GM, found the address on the net. Thinking about taking a sashay over there myself. About 150 miles for me, but I drive further than that to some gun shows I go to. So what the heck.

I lived in Vincennes and Indianapolis so I've been thru Terre Haute quite a few times. According to the map, 150 miles away so they'd really have to have something good for me to make that drive. Wish they'd have a web site.

On a side note, is the speed limit on 63 still 55mph?

Thanks for the info, link Mosineer. But to be honest, if it;s true, which I don;t really doubt, that I can only but long guns, going would only dissappoint me as I'd find a good one and not be able to get it..

But then, I can buy handguns and have them shipped to an FFL so if I found one, I'd just pay for it and they'd have to ship it to an FFL is all. So yea, let me know what they have an prices mosineer, if you go. I'll have to look and see how far from me. I'll let you all know.

I was in there yesterday and they know alot about guns, shooting, and hunting. Nice to run into store owners that are actual gun enthusiasts rather than the Gander Mountain "college boy" or "walmart greeter".

By the way, they have a sweet early XP-100 in there WITH AN ORIGINAL CASE. I've never even seen one of these - yet there it was.

They also have a nice selection of military and hunting long guns and handguns. And the owner indicated he could order almost anything and have it in a few days - with prices that would keep me coming back. They appear to do a very good used gun business as they were buying a gun while I was there.

Maple is south of Ft. Harrison. It runs east and west, intersecting 3rd street at the 41/63 interchange. Some of the landmarks on Maple Avenue are: Collett Park, 12 Points, Terre Haute North.

They are located between Blaine Avenue and 24th on the south side of the road.
Open 9am to 6pm M-F and 10am to 4pm Saturday.
