Petrilli and Smith, along with Lather, were each charged with one count of murder, two counts of robbery, one count of attempted robbery, one count of evading a police officer causing death and one count of vehicular manslaughter, the district attorney's office reported. It appears only 3 of the original 4 suspects were charged. Bail for the three was set @ $10 Million each. The 4th suspect, a female was released.
