Uh yes it is. Actually it is a banned list with exceptions. he basically just wants these topics to be cleared with him before speeches are given about them. For the most part he lets everyone talk about everything.

sounds cool, but i dont know, i personally would stay away from political topics, pick a neutral topic, i did a speech on alzheimers, because i had a strong ethos about it and because no one is going to argue that alzheimers is a good thing. but hey do what ya want, i mean if its the end of the year and you arent going to be spending much time with anyone else from that class, who cares who ya piss off right? just try to come from a neutral perspective, dont come out saying your a gun owner, just that you believe the right to carry a firearm is a right that should be identified and protected just like speech and due process and all that
