Stumbled on this site through a Google search while looking for a new pistol.
I'm currently in Iraq (Sep 07-Dec 08) but based out of Ft. Bragg NC. I'll be headed home in a couple of days for R&R...and get to meet my new son for the first time....and hopefully get him started on his own gun collection.
Look forward to spending some time on this forum, and hopefully making some contributions of my own.

Welcome aboard, and thank you! There's lots of veterans on this forum, should make you feel right at home. Both of my sons joined the Corps, and it makes me proud to know that we still have folks here who believe in serving their country. Take care, and enjoy your R&R. Congrats on your new son. Let us know how things are going over there, if possible. My kids told me they are pretty strict about online discussions about Iraq.
