| spiritual counselor    | don't take drugs! they wreck your memory. it has made reloading a lot more difficult than it would be if i wasn't a doper back in the olden days THIS WAS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT it screwed up my chess game too......

| gotta agree. ive known too many people that were bright and ambitious get hooked on dope become retarded couch potatoes. we wont even talk about the harsher drugs, even stoners know they'll mess you up. |

| spiritual counselor | well.. lotsa folks smoke pot an lead productive lives. but my memory isnt near what it used to be! i have enough problems with smokes and coffee. p.s. all that booze took it's toll at LEAST AS MUCH AS THE DRUGS! i dont want either one. i went to AA for awhile but i decided i didnt want to be addicted to meetings either. (thats not a joke by the way)

| Super Moderator   | Funny how people say "Drugs are Bad", yet they will go to a Doctor who is "Practicing Medicine", and get a prescription for some lab created chemical that passed a test on rats, and without reading the Dangers or side effect which are Numerous, They will eat them pills and pay to go get more...Then when they get messed up or worse, they or the Families will SUE the crap out of the Manufacturer, and The Government FDA had approved the Drug... Illegal drugs are only Illegal because The Government says so... Rich

| Between the booze and the drugs it's a wonder I have survived to be almost 60 yrs old. Been clean and sober now for the last 16 years and may be growing back some lost brain cells. I still check, re-check and double check my loads though.
