With a slow economy and soring gas prices many shooters find it hard to buy ammo at current prices Now. When it comes between buying groceries and gas, bullets are way down on the list of priorities. Where I live ammo has been going on sale because people can't afford it and sellers are'nt moving it. Shooting is a hobby a non-essential luxury. Unless the ecomony turns around or some future ammo regulation occures there will continue to be a glut of it and prices should stay low. I know my shooting has been curtailed alot.
copper and brass prices have gone through the roof because of the war (supply and demand) so it is logical that it could affect surplus costs, since the value of the materials is also going up as well. Hard to say if it is valid or not.
After reading the posted URL it seems a little fishy. No source is listed. No reason is given. To me it looks like you should send this post to 10 people within the next 5 minutes or you will have bad luck for the rest of your life.
