billy ya gotta buy more than one lb at a time. i almost died when it went up 20.00
for 8lb, the word was like 1.00 per lb increase thats 2.50 per and it was the
2nd increase this year.
man i didn't know china needed rl-19 that bad.

If I'm only trying a powder out, all I'm gonna buy is a lb. Not about to buy anymore and end up not using it because I don't like it. So if you're new to reloading, I think buying small quantities is the best way until you find which works best for the application. MPO anyhow.

once i made up my mind what powder was the best for my use i buy it in 8 lb. now.

the up front costs are always a shock.
but those 8lbs. make 1400 .308 rnds.

Yep; buy in bulk once you decide which powder you like best! Me I like Black Powder the mostest followed by Hodgon's Titegroup, and Lil Gun then Winchester 231
