Winchester I've had mine for about 45 years. My first gun with many memories! It was my dad's first gun purchased around 1935 or 36.

Winchester made a 67 and they are collectable. Up here a guy sold his collection to a dealer, and he had a bunch, I should have bought one.

Cooey was affiliated w/Winchester for awhile and did make some single shot .22's during that period. But I'm not aware of a Cooey Model 67 clone.
Cooey was a Canadian company and you might ask at the
"Canadian gun-nuts" (.com) rimfire forum. There are alot of Cooeys still in use in Canada, and those guys are the best source of info on them that I am aware of.
As a "pre-64" model, the Winchester Model 67 has taken a little increase in collector value since Winchester closed shop. But it was made for many many years w/many many rifles produced. Only the really pristine examples are bringing high dollar. If you shop around, you can still pick up a well used but good shooter example (NRA "good" condition) for about $125-$150.
