U22 NEOS

I was wanting to get a new .22 plinker. Has anybody heard anything about these, good or bad?

I bought a new one when they first came out. It Jammed like crazy so I sold it. A friend of mine also bought one and his did the same thing. I think he finally found a brand of ammo it liked and kept it. If I buy a new gun I expect it to work with most ammo not just one or two. I have heard some people say they like them and have no problems. I was just stating my experience with them. I love the way they look, I wish it would have worked.

Thanks, I was stuck between the Beretta, S&W, or a Browning. Now I'm just down to two. I have shot a Browning and it was really good. We were consistantly nailing and eight inch plate at 100 yards with it. I haven't shot or heard anything about the S&W though.

I have a regular u22 neos with the 4" barrel, I've found the thing works pretty well. I bought it maybe 2 years after they came out and feed it the 550 rnd block of federal ammo they sell at walmart, works great. When I first got it it did stovepipe maybe 1 out of every 300 rounds, but it has since stopped that. I've also tried a brick of remington and some cci minimags and they've all worked pretty well. I think there are more reliable ones out there but I've had pretty good luck with mine. When I bring it out in front of my friends they all huddle around asking about it.
