I found those grips online by chance today, in case you were interested, see i just happened upon them in my local gun shop and it was the last pair. But happily midway carries them as well.

I have found Midway to be very expensive. I'd shop around.

Things are marked up a bit in the L.A area, I think im also adding tax, DOJ fees, and the other extra stuff they add around here. I think I also ment to type springfield not charles Daily- Doh !
I paid $400 for my CD 1911.

Ive been thru Atlanta, enjoyed my self there. I lived in Washington for a few years, Texas for a while before that, got lots of family in Louisiana and spent a lot of time there as a kid. Im stuck here for at least a few more years but am looking forward to moving to a more freedom loving state.

Yes, I noticed it seemed quite high, I believe I payed less than $20 for my set like those, but midway is the first place I've seen them since.
