You know, Larry, the funny thing is that it took quite some time to figure out what the song was about. If I hear a song and I like the beat, I don't pay that close of attention to the words. I was dating a girl when that song came oot and she was horrified by my "jamming" to the tune! Oh well, I didn't consume her that night, but later on ........... and she didn't complain one bit! Oops! TMI!

Yes, with the right seasoning...and some good sauce.

Sure hope the meat is tender too...

*******

Now that I think about it a little more, Hell No...the crap people eat now a days would make for a lousy meal. Unless, of course, they were known to have had a pretty good/healthy diet.

Guess I'll have to wait until the moment comes to know what I'll do...

And, I'll keep a container of good seasoning/sauce in my bag/pack in case the answer is yes.

All my "buddies" are older, and most retired. I'm the "youngster" at 51.

Hmmm.... reckon they be kinda tough and stringy - Note to self: need a BIG crockpot.....

blizzard hah, if you passout on my couch you might end up on a sandwich. the only reason i have others in my suvival group is cause they are emergency rations. dont get me wrong they think i love them. they just dont know i love them grilled on a open fire, lightly seasoned and served with grits & lots of butter and cornmill ho cakes.

Did you guys hear about the rather obese Chinese fellow who did just that after a plane crash. When the rescue services got to the crash site there was just this one guy and a huge pile of bones, seems he didn't just eat the guys who had died in the crash, he helped some of the survivors on the way, before eating them.

When the rescue guys asked him about it he said, " but I did what I had to do, just to survive."

The rescue workers countered with," But the plane only crashed yesterday!!???!!"

'Nother plane crash story..........Did yáll hear about the Cessna 152 which crashed into a cemetry near Dublin?
The rescue services recovered 351 bodies from the crash site!

Not really. From what I have read and been told by medical experts, the human body has very little nutritional value compared to say a small animal. Also, you would be more apt to pick up a communicable disease from Robert than eating Rover.

I got a 43% but all my buddies are military and LEOs (who are in pretty dang good shape) so if it came down to having to eat someone, there better be one heck of a good backstabbing ambush in the plans because if not someone is going to get hurt or killed (besides the loser in the process).

But I dont think we would ever do it. We would probably all end up starving but then again Ive never been in such an all encompassing lack of all hope situation like this.

And even if we did decide to eat someone who maybe recently died of other causes, while Im not one to get turned off by blood and gore (seen lots of that in my career) My stomach would probably draw the line at human meat. If I tried to eat any Id probably spew it all back up.
