They are now saying, on the commentaries, That hil is staying to the end, in order to shanghai Obama's chances for election. That way she can campaign for four more years, and get elected in 2012. That's pretty mean, even nasty, considering they're both democrats.

There might be bad blood, now, but absolute govermental power heals very quickly, if the Dem's grab the top seats. Appointments of high governmental positions are the next rule of order and power. He who has the gold..... "power",..... makes the rules! From what I have seen the Dem's try to pull off.. lawful or not....they don't seem to care much. Money and power is their game, too.

After what I've seen Republicans pull in the last few years, I don't think you can get away with pegging the lust for power and money as a peculiarly Democratic trait...

I believe you have summed it up nicely.

They deserve each other, just like bill and hilary deserve each other.

We, as a nation, deserve neither !

"Pull together for Obama" speech. If so, she deseves an Oscar.
I believe it is very likely she will do that if/when she loses the nom. She would rather have any Democrat in office than any Republican at this point. I would imagine Bill's influence would push in the same direction.

I agree. Also, if she openly tries to sabotage Obama after losing the primary, she'll destroy her influence in the party (along with her husband's). They've already lost the perceived aura of invincibility they had among the faithful; that would finish them off.

They brought it up on CNN this morning but I don't think Obama wants her and she definetly dosen't want second at this point.. However .. ... As power hungry as she is, she might secumb, take the VP position and then maybe.. I don't know..something like a Vince Foster might happen to Obama.. or a "sniper" gets him conveniently.. then Hillary will be in the top slot ..

Obama/Clinton? I don't see it happening, but having said that, it probably will...LOL. Even though both are cut from the similar elitist cloth, they have a few major differences in their ideas of how to screw America and I don't see any bit of compromise in either of them.

Doubt it

Hillary should go ahead and play the race card - people by the millions
will not vote for a black man for president (she hints at it over and over and over). This might just be the superdelegate impact she needs to have either a chance or real pull at the convention.

Her egocentric view of life will not bode for sitting in the V.P. slot.

Wow, a day later and guess what....Hillary makes a reference to the Bobby Kennedy assination which the Obama camp took as.. maybe she meant that it could happen to him because of the threats he is getting.

Clinton explains RFK assassination reference - CNN.com

I guess "elitist" is going to be the big catchword this election, isn't it?

... probably better than being referred to as a "pit viper". Everything coming out of Klinton's mouth seems to be nothing less than venom.

Although, I can see Howard Dean and the rest of the DNC "force" them to work on the same ticket for party unity.

Scary though though...

What do you mean, "go ahead and play the race card?" She hasn't exactly been subtle about pointing out the white vote that has provided her last couple of victories...she's slapping that card down regularly.

I think that's backfiring with the superdelegates, though, instead of helping.
