Question

He does tend to say things tht are not particularly favorable about the current administration, especially illegal aliens and the open borders.
Perhaps that is why he is not on Fox?

Rather than start a new thread I thought I would use this since Glenn Beck gave me the idea for it. A few weeks ago Glenn interviewed Ben Stein he suggested that Ben and Joe Lieberman should run for president on the same ticket. Ben laughed and said now I know your making fun of me. well this got me thinking who would be better than Ben Stein, Joe Lieberman, and Henry Kissinger to use in negotiations. After being locked in a room with them for several days even President Tom would recognize Israel. There is no telling what could be accomplished by using human lithium to negotiate.Preident Tom is what Glenn calls the members only jacket wearing Achmedinijad.

I can say this is the first time I've ever watched any of Glenn Beck. And I like the way he's right to the point and isn't afraid of ruffling a few feathers. I do wonder if LarryO is right in that someone may put a stop to it? I wonder if someone hasn't had some influence as he's only really giving the issue, one he's supposedly a big fan of and being a life member of the NRA, you think he'd give at thew very least 30 minutes; instead, he's only giving maybe 10 or 15 minutes on the issue.

He is the media and he's heard nationally, why isn't he giving it a minimum of 30 minutes if not dedicating at least one entire show this week and even each month to it and to the issue? My local news almost has something negative about guns twice a week. For sure anytime there's a shooting, and then it's every flippin' day of the week.I know if I were in his shoes, or at least had the opportunity to and it being an election year, being a lifetime member of the NRA as well as a pro gun individual, I WOULD...

But I do like the guy and he's had some "okay" guests so far. Liked Ted Nugent the best so far. I just think him being pro gun and a life member of the NRA, that he should do whatever he can, in his position, to bring about positive attention as possible...I haven't watched yesterdays show yet. I've been DVRing the shows and watch them when I can. Hope to watch yesterdays pretty soon.

jimkim, as for your thoughts, I'm not sure if that would work or not. Some people are and can be so stubborn, imminent death couldn't/wouldn't change them... lol
