Date of manufacture from a serial number?

I'm in the process of buying a CZ 75 BD Police, 9mm.
How can I find out when it was manufactured from the serial number?
On the right side of the slide it has printed:
CZ-USA Kansas Cty, Ks. I understand that this is the US distributor, but where was it made and when??

With CZs, you cannot tell the date of manufacture from the serial number. The closest you can get is the 2 digit year code found in the oval by the ejection port.

All of the CZs have been manufactured in the either the old Czechoslovakia / the current Czech Republic.
